- Primary Tests: Resistance test. / Heavy Load test. / Thermal Shocks. / Over Discharge. / Short Circuit. / Low Pressure. / Anti-Overcharge. / High temperature storage. / Constant damp heat test. / Anti-heating; smoke, ignite, explosion. / Anti-puncture; damage and liquid leakage and / Anti-extrusion test. / Anti-Vibration test and / Anti-Collision test.
- Temperature Cycling Test: Smoke Test, Ignite Test and Explode Text
- Flame Retardant Property Test: Plastic casing test, Outer casing test and Protective cover test.
- Insulation Resistance Test: In Addition, we do test for insulation resistance upto 2MW, if the battery case is made of metal.
- Appearance Test: After completion of above all tests, we do appearance test for; Obvious deformation, Rust, Leakage and Cracks.
- Capacity Test: After that, we do capacity test of all products, for Minimum 98% of it’s rated value.
