Who Can Use the E-Wallet?
The E-Wallet Payment Facility is available to:
- Customers
- Sellers/Vendors
- Registered Members
- Affiliate Retailers & Whole Sellers
- Dealers & Distributors
- Sales Partners & Affiliate Sales Partners
- Registered Supply Chain Partners
- Other associated members of our Group and Associate Companies
All individuals or entities listed above are collectively referred to as βE-Wallet Users.β
How the Fuel E-Wallet Works
Upon registration, users automatically become eligible to use the E-Wallet.
The email used during registration becomes your Registered Email and cannot be changed.
Bank details can be registered once. Corrections are allowed via email before verification.
Once verified by our team, bank details cannot be modified.
Wallet recharge is accepted only via RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, or BHIP UPI. We do not accept cash, use agents, or third-party payment gateways.
Payments reflect in your wallet within 10 to 60 minutes, depending on bank and server traffic.
Wallet balance can be used for:
- Purchases at LithiumValley.In as well as DomEx Tradlink and StenJaan Global Group’s any of the online and offline outlets
Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours via bank transfer.
No service charges for recharge or withdrawal.
Wallet balance cannot be transferred to other bank accounts or wallets.
Wallet Balance Structure
Your wallet balance is divided into two parts:

You will receive a notification at the time of withdrawal indicating the source of the balance.
Security & Account Management
If you face issues with your registered email, notify us immediately at Legal@LithiumValley.InΒ We will lock your email and suspend wallet transactions.
If your account encounters any issue, inform us promptly. Your wallet will be suspended and reactivated within 1 to 72 hours upon resolution.
Suspicious activity may lead to immediate suspension. Our team will contact you via your registered email or mobile.
