  • Temperature Cycling Test: Smoke Test, Ignite Test and Explode Text
  • Flame Retardant Property Test: Plastic casing test, Outer casing test and Protective cover test.
  • Insulation Resistance Test: In Addition, we do test for insulation resistance upto 2MW, if the battery case is made of metal.
  • Appearance Test: After completion of above all tests, we do appearance test for; Obvious deformation, Rust, Leakage and Cracks.
  • Capacity Test: After that, we do capacity test of all products, for Minimum 98% of it’s rated value.
